Meditation

Your journey starts with meditation. Try the 7-day meditation challenge, and for good measure include the 7-day Vegan challenge as well.

To meditate:

1. You only need 5 minutes a day. Try meditating before going to sleep.
2. Breath in through your nose and out through your mouth for 3 deep breaths to get relaxed.
3. Continue with your normal breathing.
4. Ask your spirit guides to show you something and wait for a vision.
