A New Way of Thinking 101 Course
A woman contacted me and asked me if I had a course to take on manifestation. I didn't at the time, but told her it was really as simple as using your imagination and feeling the emotion of experiencing that which you'd like to manifest.

I figured I'd write a step-by-step guide to help you change your way of thinking.

Step #1 of 5: Know that you are powerful


The About page is a good place to start. Know that our soul never dies and this body is only an experience that you are manifesting. You have manifested all that you have experienced up to now and will continue to manifest the same experiences if you choose to blame others for everything. You can start by taking the experiences, processing them by forgiving yourself, forgive the other person and let it go. Always send out gratitude for the experience, then choose to manifest a better experience using your imagination and emotions.

Step #2 of 5: Manifestation


You draw to you the vibration that you're sending out. If you're sending out love, you get back love! To manifest warm weather: Close your eyes and imagine sitting in the Sun. Feel the warmth. Turn your face to the Sun and feel the warmth. Yes, you can change the weather. You can set the intention that you always get a parking spot by the door while shopping. You manifest everything.

  • Choose to have a different experience - Write down three (3) things that represent the new you. For example:
    1. Loving
    2. Patient
    3. Everyone has food, water, clothing and shelter

  • Start each day off on a good note by saying, "It's a beautiful day" -- don't look outside or check the temperature 😃

  • Turn off the Tel-e-Vision, movies and violent gaming -- These are used to make you look outside of yourself and want to be like the people on the TV and movies. Participating in violent gaming is you accepting that's the future you'd like to experience.
Whenever you have an experience the goes against your preferred way of being, thank the experience, forgive yourself, forgive the other person and let it go. If you have a thought that goes against your preferred way of being: Revoke it and substitute a thought of what you'd like to experience.

People will start giving you the opportunity to be loving, patient and sharing (everyone has food, water, clothing and shelter). You should take some physical action to show that you've changed. Help a homeless person, donate to the thrift stores. Listen to a person screaming at you, but don't react in an angry way -- just tell them to "Have a nice day."

If you are angry, know that you are stupid - Sadhguru

Sadhguru's quote on anger means, that you shouldn't expect other people to change or fit your way of being. Just let them have their experience -- it doesn't affect how you're feeling unless you allow it.

You have to stay on top of it.

Step #3 of 5: Prepare to make new friends


With your change in attitude and perception, you won't resonate with your existing friends. Don't worry as new people that resonate with you will cross your path. Join a meet-up group that is something you're interested in but never really got into: A walking group or such. Do not submit to any passporting or vaccine mandates as this shows they are in fear and you are in the love vibration. You'll automatically heal as you increase your vibration. Step #4 of 5: Be grateful


I often thank my guides and etheric friends for helping me and I get a heart-connection (tears) which shows that's it's real and they're real and sending me love. Thank your food, Thank the trees, Thank the birds. Thank your landlord. You don't have to physically tell your landlord anything, just thank them in your imagination and if you would prefer a different place to live -- manifest that!

Step #5 of 5: Discernment


Before you react to anything, pass it by your heart. Is it something you'd like to experience? Does it pass the three (3) things that represent the new you? Is it trying to lower your vibration -- like the mainstream media? No matter the source of information -- your guides, social media, etc -- always use discernment to filter out that which doesn't fit with your new way of thinking. In that way, you'll be doing the inner-work to clean out the old and change it with that which is for your highest good.

I've included videos of people that I've followed that I've resonated with and you might like them too. Remember, history is re-written by the victors and what you've been taught in school and on TV is only keeping you in a little box, to control you. Imagine if everyone was kind and co-operative. How abundant we'd all be.
