Thoughts are Things
I had this amazing experience solving a problem with my imagination. First let me explain the power of your imagination and thought. What you're thinking may not be coming from you. Thoughts can be implanted or sent to you. You can choose to accept the thought or substitute it for your own conscious thought. For example, a lyric gets "stuck" in your head from the last song you heard, but you're not listening to the song anymore. If it's a low-vibration lyric of loneliness or sadness (prevalent in most music these days), you'll want to change that up!

  1. Say or think, "I revoke that thought" song lyric or whatever
  2. Say or think, "I choose to think about love and hugs" another song lyric or whatever you like
I write "say or think" because most people believe what they think doesn't affect anyone or are taught that everything in their head is them -- It's not. During a chat with the Arcturian Council during the 005 - Discernment session, I said "So that does that .. I'm just talking to myself." and they replied...

You're actually talking with everyone, but you can believe you're just talking to yourself. -- Arcturian Council

My Experience...

I was lying in bed and this pressure came over me. I can tell this is the dark trying to scare me. It just pisses me off. In the past I've solved this by thinking loudly "I'm love an light!" and imagined sending out the whitest light from my body, or rolling on my side. It stops immediately. Recently I imagined sitting up in bed and it stopped immediately. I started laughing, but it confirmed to me that thoughts are things.

The typical person would be scared and that's what the vibration they want you to be in. Know that you're in control of all you experience -- change yourself not the other person!

Before You React, Sit Back and Think

How often have you reacted in anger or posted a message on social media in an aggressive tone? If you're having a discussion with someone and feel the strong urge to get angry with them -- don't do anything! Just sit back relax, mediate on forgiveness and why you're so angry. Feel the emotion, but don't act on it. Transmute the thought to one of love and forgiveness and let it go. This works!

I had this experience recently where I felt a strong urge to get mad -- I can't remember the last time I was angry at something, but it served as a opportunity to reflect on the situation and send love and forgiveness to myself. I wrote this song which may help relax you. I use it for lyric substitution and in this instance of reflecting on my feelings.

Forgiveness, it's the only way.
We've been everything.
We are love.
You and I.

The song means we have lived many lives, experiencing being wealthy, in poverty, leaders, followers. We've even incarnated as stars and bears. We've been everything. If you feel the need to lash out at someone, realize they are only "Love in Action" triggering a feeling in you to be processed and let go. If you choose to lash out, you'll just have someone else trigger you until you finally decide to change yourself.

This is how it works.

I feel this article is complete, but my guide says "don't print yet". I laugh. Sometimes, when you say what you're thinking you'll say it, but you know it's someone else.

I posted the Love in Action video and it's complete.
