Purging is letting go of buried emotions. It's called inner work. When you clear out the 'junk' you allow room for new, beneficial, energies. This helps yourself and the collective.
It's not hard to do. When you start crying for no reason:
- Think of why you're crying and what the emotion is behind it.
- Acknowledge the situation.
- Forgive yourself.
- Forgive the other party.
- Let it go.
I recommend listening to Light Language to bring up these emotions. You need to find someone that you resonate with. If you find the language harsh and hard to listen too, then move on to another healer. Light Language speaks directly to the heart. You will not understand it, but that's the idea.
You can also be proactive and clear out anything that you feel guilty for saying or doing. Just imagine
talking to the person, forgive yourself, forgive the other person and let it go. This works because your subconscious accepts it as real.
