Judgement and Gratitude
I was going to write two articles on these topics, but they relate to each other because instead of judging you should be grateful for the thing that is triggering you; Let me explain.

Judgement is one of the things that I've been working on. Recently, I told two people that I've been feeding the birds. I didn't care that they were Magpies, but they had an aversion to the species such that one person wanted them gone. When one understands that nature is the perfect example of giving, not taking, then that attitude can be changed from judgement to gratitude for beautiful birds.

The other person thought Magpies were scavengers. Nature doesn't have a supermarket so sure there'll be contention for food. I noticed that larger birds would shoo smaller birds off the peanuts I was feeding them, so I moved the peanuts into eight (8) piles around my back yard. One day, there were four (4) Magpies in the tree by the fence where some peanuts were and they all flew to their own pile at the same time; See, there is no contention when there is lots of food to go around.

Gratitude

The easiest way to raise your vibration is to show gratitude for what you have and for those showing you "love in action" instead of judging. People that trigger you are mirroring to you what you need to move on your path. You should thank the person for cutting you off on the road -- why aren't you taking transit to work anyway? ;)

Start showing gratitude by telling your water that you love it (telepathically, just think it.) Yes, it's that easy and you don't need to take a course. You can go further and set the intention for your water to heal you. I'll post some videos about "love in action" and "water" at the end of the article.

I'm vegan, so I can thank my food directly -- tomatoes, carrots, nuts -- they're easier to thank when not processed. Thank your plant. Be grateful that you have food, water, clothing and shelter. Be grateful for all of the people you meet each day. Furthermore, you can be grateful for your spirit guides and spiritual family.

I've been writing this article for 1.5 hours already and I was getting hot, so I took off my sweater. I asked my guides why I was hot and they responded, "Because we love you." :)

Everything is love. If you're not experiencing love you need to look within to change that. Instead of saying you hate something, to manifest what you do want, you should be grateful for what you have or what you want to have. It needs to be said (or thought) in the present tense:

  • I am healthy
  • I get better every day
