Connect with your spiritual side. Try the 7-day meditation challenge, and for good measure include the 7-day Vegan challenge to raise your vibration.

To meditate:

  1. You only need 5 minutes a day. Try meditating before going to sleep.

  2. Visualize white light surrounding you and set the intention that only love & light may enter.

  3. Breath in through your nose and out through your mouth for 3 deep breaths to get relaxed.

  4. Continue with your normal breathing.

  5. Set the intention to connect with your spirit guides and ask them to show you something. You need to ask for help from the spirit realm or they can't help you.


It's Not Working


You may get no responses for the first few days, just keep it up. When you're just starting out, you may only get dreams which will have to be interpreted. Place a notebook or a notepad app by your bed so you can record anything you remember from dreams or visions. Trust me, you won't remember much when morning comes.

You may have claircognizance (knowing), clairaudience (hearing), clairsentience (feeling), clairvoyance (seeing) experiences. I had an amazing claircognizance event on the 4th night which I woke up knowing I had to change. Plenty of opportunities to purge old energy followed.
