How to Manifest

I had a friend ask me, "How do I clear the smoke in the air?" I said, "Think about a clear sky on a beautiful day." We manifest in the positive (I am) not in the negative (I don't want). Your subconscious strips all the negative phrasing and you're left with "I want". To remove the smoke, imagine sitting on the grass with flowers and it's a warm Summer day with a blue sky and a few fluffy clouds -- and that's what you'll get.
It's really that easy. You have to keep on top of the negative thoughts and the blame-game -- that's it's someone else's fault. You've manifested everything up to now -- you can manifest better in the now moment.
Manifest in the Now
Don't worry about the past or dwell about the future. Manifest using your imagination that the now moment is everything you want to experience.
Imagination with emotion is your most powerful tool. You manifest by using imagination and emotion, of how the beautiful Summer's day with a clear blue sky feels like, and send out those frequencies -- that's what you'll get.
Imagination is also used to communicate with your etheric friends, guides and helpers. Set up a protective bubble around you that only that which is for your highest good can enter. Imagine sitting on a bench in a void. Set the intention that one of your benevolent friends, guides or helper join you and give you a message of inspiration. If you see anything else other than the bench interact with it.
Everything is energy, frequency and vibration. Send out the highest frequencies you can and that's the experience you'll manifest.
It's that easy.
