Your Thoughts may not be Your Own

Did you know the human race is peaceful by nature? Have you checked-in with your heart to see what you're feeling before you react to a situation? It's ok if these concepts are new to you; We've been taught to stay in the head as that's where we can be manipulated. Your heart is the center of your power and staying in your heart-space will allow you to soar like never before.
What you are thinking matters
This week, I was overcome with thoughts of doubt about the relationship I'm in. My girlfriend previously spoke about having thoughts and dreams where the dark was trying to get her to break-off our relationship. This is important because sometimes the dark influences the people around you to lower the vibration. This was the first time it happened to me as she's strong willed and would not let these rogue thoughts interfere with what her heart was telling her -- that the relationship is rock-solid.
Furthermore, I had a friend confirm some advice I was telling him since the start, but didn't charge for it -- What you are thinking matters
. He was living in the past about being sick and having health issues. I told him to forgive the past and move forward in love. Know that you are healthy in the now moment and you'll get better -- it's that easy.

What can you do?
- Before reacting negatively to a situation, take a step back and let the red-mist fade. Now you can answer from the heart-space.
- Revoke any negative thoughts and substitute a good thought in it's place.
- If you hear of someone telling you what's in the future that is not resonating with you, just imagine what future you'd like to experience.
We have the power to change our experience and it starts with what you're thinking. Stay in a high-vibration and in the heart-space and you'll enjoy the ride.
