One step at a time
Many people told me, that's something you do in the Spring. It started snowing just before the US election and quit snowing after it (nothing fishy there). I covered the ground with a tarp, then the whole structure. It made it comfortable to work; At least it was out of the wind. The last steps for this year are to get it wrapped in plastic and the door. It was definitely worth the effort.
The last thing that took three months...
I recall the last thing that took me three months was self-healing my shoulder and my knee. At the time, I figured if I don't do anything they won't get any better. I started thanking my body for being strong, thanking the pain for the experience and I let it go. After three months of doing that whenever I felt a pain in my knee or shoulder, I found I no longer had any pain. It was worth the effort as well.
Change
Change is easy when you're focused on new goals; On a better experience. Many people want that instant cure or think something isn't working if they don't have an immediate response.
On a side note, I did tell a family member about self-healing and he did have an instant response.
Changing your way of thinking takes, time. Typically, you have to purge the old ways of think, those limitations you've been told you have. Choose to be healthy and don't give up.
- Thank everything that goes into you for healing you
- Thank everything that comes out of you for healing you
- Love yourself.
- Send love to others, even if you don't think they deserve it.
- Take some time out of each day for yourself.
- Imagine what you'd like to experience.
- Forgive
I told a friend...
Healing your physical self, is like healing a shadow. You have to heal your etheric body and you'll find your physical body can instantly heal.
I told a friend this week, "Healing your physical self, is like healing a shadow. You have to heal your etheric body and you'll find your physical body can instantly heal." He replied, "How do I heal my etheric body?" Through forgiveness, love and positive thought.
Your dis-ease can be caused by holding onto past experiences; Not forgiving or not processing the experience. This one fellow was told to scream into a pillow whenever this past issue crossed his mind; He was fine the next day when he had a scheduled pre-surgery appointment. The doctor said his heart was fine.
These are my experiences. You can have whatever experience you want. Just ask yourself, "Are you living your own experience, or that which society has programmed you into thinking?"
What is your first step to a new experience?
